Ac Repair Dallas Tx – Mark Johnson
Ac Repair Dallas Tx – Mark Johnson
Mark Johnson started this ac repair dallas tx operation with deep roots in Dallas county, focusing on the real demands of local homes from the older stock in Oak Lawn and Deep Ellum to newer builds in Lake Highlands and North Dallas.
The humid subtropical climate brings long stretches of hot summers that keep systems running hard across Uptown Dallas, Bishop Arts District, and East Dallas, while mild winters mean fewer calls but still require attention to prevent issues when temperatures shift. Mark keeps the work grounded in these patterns, serving homes and businesses in Downtown Dallas, near Reunion Tower, and out toward Fort Worth, Plano, and Arlington with direct owner involvement on every job.
The shop runs on straightforward scheduling and clear communication, with hours set at Mon–Fri 8am–6pm and Sat 9am–2pm so Dallas residents know exactly when to reach someone who understands the terrain and housing conditions firsthand.
“We stand behind every AC repair completed in neighborhoods from Downtown Dallas to Lake Highlands with clear upfront pricing and workmanship you can inspect.”

What Dallas, TX Customers Say
“The upstairs unit stopped cooling during the July heat. The tech found a bad capacitor on the fan motor, swapped it out on the spot, and cleaned the evaporator coils. The bedroom now holds 72 degrees steady.”
“A grinding noise came from the outdoor compressor every time it kicked on. They replaced the worn shaft bearing and added fresh oil, which eliminated the sound and brought the system back to full output.”
“After a storm surge the entire AC refused to start. The crew replaced the burned contactor and reconnected the low-voltage wires that had melted, so the unit ran again before the next heat wave hit.”
